Appointments are one-to-one and are confirmed by email when you book. Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that the slot can be offered to someone else.

The studio's cancellation terms and any deposit policy will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.

Prices shown on this site are indicative bands. A firm price is given in writing at consultation, once we have assessed your hair and agreed the specification.

Photographs show results achieved for individual clients. Results vary between people and nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome.
